With Something Else meal plans, you will receive 2 meals per day for 7 days. Build your own meals from our extensive healthy menu or speak to our experienced Chefs to see how you can get the right meals to work towards your health & fitness goals.

Each meal contains:

  • Protein source (choose from fish, meat, clean 'n' lean thai curry and more - including vegetarian and vegan options)
  • Carbohydrates or Base (choose from seasonal vegetables, wholewheat pasta, fresh salad and more)
  • Seasoning (we offer a range of sauces, spices and seasonings to give your meals plenty of flavour)
